Sharing the whole house (except your room) with me and my dog Duke. Renovated 2023, fenced side porch, fenced back yard, laundry in bathroom on the second floor. Your room has one window facing the river and a sky light. Dresser, nightstand and Built in closet and shelves. Best part, a purple mattress or a queen blow up mattress. Cute cozy space.

Comfy bedroom on 2nd floor. I have light blocking curtains should you need. The house is roomy and comfy and my favorite feature is the fenced in deck that looks down on the back yard and the spacious cozy living room. Pets depends on type and size.

Downtown close to Winnipesaukee river trail, restaurants, park, Whitewater Park, (thru the woods in the by) kayaking mountain biking Park and Vet MemorialSki Area. Franklin often has a beautiful sky/ sunset.

I am a travel nurse and came 2,000 miles from home to work. I immediately felt comfortable and welcome in this home. Erica is the best host and answered all questions I had. Duke (dog) and Oscar (cat) will become your pets away from home. My room was the perfect size with a cute little window to look out and watch it rain/snow. Bathroom, laundry, and kitchen worked great. If you're looking for an easy going host with precious pets and a comfortable space, this is the one.
