This is a beautiful property with a beautiful house and a very rural town close to hospitals. I have fiberoptic wifi and there is room to make it an office/bedroom . Me and the dog live here alone just trying to rent the room out for extra money. The lake is close and I have a boat if you're around I'll take you out. Just looking to supplement that ever rising cost of living. This place is worth taking a look at.
