I'm chucks first tenant. I've had a wonderful experience. Chuck and his wife Jeanne are amazing people. The neighborhood is quiet, with great Neighbors located on a dead end Street. 15 minutes from UMMC. This is where I'll bee if I ever come back to Baltimore area.
