    The house is my sanctuary and I share it with one polite, well trained, Aussie shepard mix dog. When I am home, I work on craft projects, cook, dabble in gardening, and catch up on TV series so its pretty quiet. Not a smoker of any substance but I do indulge in an occasional whiskey or glass of wine. Most days I get up early to do some yoga then drink tea on the porch. Occasional family or friends visit. Overall, things are pretty calm and I value consideration of other people's space and routines. I keep bees on a property in central Virginia and am a permaculture enthusiast and systems thinker.
