I've been a real estate investor since 2010. This MCM'ish transitional home has been a labor of love and we're looking for someone that will value and love their time here. Super quiet neighborhood yet only 3 mile straight drive to downtown roswell. Modern conveniences right outside the neighborhood with highway 400 less than 2 miles away. 6 month + leases required
