This house is over 3000 sq feet with 3 bedrooms, finished bonus room and basement. The bonus room is what I am renting to a traveling nurse so it is very large and comfortable. House is located on an acre lot surrounded by trees yet close to the main road. Very private and safe.

This bedroom is like having your own studio apartment with a sitting area, bed and even a treadmill . Brand new bed and linens.
Full private bathroom is not attached to your room but down the hall.
You'll be sharing the large kitchen. You must like dogs as I have two elderly yellow labs. If you enjoy privacy, then this will be your happy place.
My house is on an acre lot surrounded by trees and is extremely private and quiet. I am only 1 mile from the center of Kennebunk, 5 minutes away from the turnpike, 10 minutes from the beach and 7.5 miles for Southern Maine Hospital in Biddeford.

I am a high school art teacher who loves my job and students I teach. During the school year I leave the house by 6:45am and get home between 3:15 -4. I am quiet, clean, and a non smoker. During the summer I'll be outside working in my yard, playing with my two elderly labs, biking or swimming. I live a healthy and quiet lifestyle. On Sundays I'll be in my kitchen for a few hours cooking for the week.
