Do not stay at this place. Hot water goes off and turns brown. Managment are VERY rude not nice at all. The lady in management is very rude. Do not stay! Look elsewhere

Pros: The amenities and the convenience of downtown restaurants, clothing, & grocery stores. Cons: No parking for residents (pay separately for parking in a lot for about $250 per month). The apartment only provided pots and pans, but no other dishes, cleaning supplies, or toiletries. Residents responsible for hiring a cleaning service to clean the apartment before vacating (I used their cleaning agent, who charged $100). After vacating, tenants should receive a "returned security deposit" within 30 days. According to NJ security deposit law, the landlord has 30 days to return the security deposit to the former tenant. HOWEVER, I never received mine, even after reaching out to management. Management kept stringing me along, making excuses, then stopped all communication. It took 3 months and Small Claims Court to receive my security deposit. I am super disappointed because I actually liked staying there. Everything was good, up until it was time to return my security deposit.
