This is a wonderful and quiet neighborhood for one person looking for housing. Share a very nice, spacious 3 BR, 1 bath in a cute cape with kind neighbors, a pretty and walkable neighborhood that is peaceful. I do have a small, super sweet, shy dog. She is a 17-pound terrier mix. The home is a chill, quiet environment shared with someone who is a writer, teacher, and coach.

Smart tv in the room, simply scroll to any app and log in to your subscriptions. Tubi and the Roku channel are free and have lots of good options. Smart TV in the living room with Paramount +, Amazon Prime, and Netflix.
A quiet first-floor room next to the bathroom with a cozy chair, dresser, bed, nightstand, and spacious closet. There is a TV in the room as well connected to wifi. There is a washer and dryer in the finished, carpeted basement just below the room.
Quiet, safe, family-friendly with a walkable area to parks, a grocery store, and restaurants.

I loved the property. It was excactly as described. Nice size bedroom located on the first floor beside the bathroom, so convenient. Soft silky sheets. Mattress was very comfortable to sleep on. Melissa was an amazing roommate/landlord. Always, checking in to make sure I had everything. Home was well maintained and clean. I gladly recommend this property.

I am a teacher living life, traveling, and eating healthy. I teach and write and I love to see my students grow. Newport is a favorite spot since moving to Rhode Island four years ago. I love that I can drive a few hours in New England and be someplace new so easily. I am clean, a non-smoker, and generally quiet as is my home. You'll find local artwork on my walls and a new garden going in.
