This space is clean, roomy, quiet and comfortable. Nicely decorated and serene views. There are several places in the well manicured yard to sit and relax. We have a covered gazebo , covered patio, secret garden, back porch and front porch for reading, relaxing or nice conversations with owners.
This room has its own bathroom and window of the views. Also has small refer, microwave, toaster oven, small crockpot and coffee maker.

Sunrise Ridge is a new subdivision, but we have lived in this neighborhood for 45 yrs. The home sits on a hill over looking the town, Columbia and Snake Rivers and the Blue Mts. Its a very quite and peaceful neighborhood .

About the landlord

My husband and I have had traveling nurses in our home for a couple years. But we had to stop for a couple years due to our subdivision construction. But the mess is over and we're ready for you now. We are both retired and enjoy having the nurses here. Our home overlooks the Tri Cities and the Columbia River. We enjoy taking our pontoon boat on the river and spending the day relaxing on the water with friends and family.
