About the landlord

76 year old retired Teacher with retired Contractor husband. We have 3 grown children and 5 grandchildren. We live on 5 wooded acres, with a beautiful, well groomed yard and flower and vegetable gardens, and a small trout pond, just a few miles from town. Our Guest House which, which we have AirBnBed for several years, is across the driveway from our home. It's a small one bedroom, one bath with shower (no tub), a full kitchen with a small dining table and 2 chairs, washer and dryer and small living area with an electric fireplace. It's perfect for 1 or 2 people and very private.
