    My husband and I bought our home in 2017. We have had four long-term tenants in our apartment but now we have furnished it and are looking to provide housing for the short-term rental market, especially the traveling medical professionals working in our local hospital. We both work during the day; I am a vocational rehabilitation counselor and my husband recently retired from corrections and is working in manufacturing now.
