I am a 74 y/o retired physician - two careers - Emergency Medicine and Family Medicine. Have lived in my current home since 1994. My rental guesthouse has received many good reviews over the years and is a great place to live and explore the Matanuska Valley and Palmer, Wasilla and Hatcher Pass recreational area - skiing, hiking and other outdoor activities.
