Suggestions: 1. As new lessors, your political affiliations should probably not be on display if you're renting on a public platform. Because of it I was hesitant and wanted to cancel immediately. 2. The unit was technically not ready when I moved in, but I let that go, and let them fix the door. I was told about things that would be available, but never were (air fryer - not that I needed it, but just don't mention it) 3. If I'm communicating with the wife, that's who I expect to be introduced to on move-in, not the husband who had no clue I was coming. 4. If my lease states the day my payment is due, I have until 11:59pm of said date to pay. Please don't contact ppl until that deadline has passed. 5. Bugs.. while it is middle GA and bugs are almost impossible to avoid, telling me you have relatives who stay often and it's never been an issue does not negate the fact that there were, in fact, insects. Ants in the bathroom, on the floors, etc.
