Detached Studio Apartment

I am an RN and still new to traveling. I float for CommonSpirit hospitals in UT, CO, and KS. This was my first time renting from FF and I was Susan's first tenant. I couldn't have gotten a better spot. Before I contacted Susan, I rented a room from AirBNB, which was fine. It did the job but I hated that other people were in the house. I wanted more privacy. I also wanted my own bathroom, and a washer/dryer. This little studio had everything I needed and, if it was missing anything, Susan was happy to supply it. It was 5 minutes from my assignment at Longmont United Hospital. Since I was the first tenant, everything was brand new - literally. Had the new house smell. She provided all dishes, cookware, and even coffeemaker, rice maker, air frying - you name it. Heater and A/C. Smart TV. Fridge, microwave, stove. I even had my own parking spot right next to the door. Everything you need is here. Right by Main St., I was less than 5 minutes away from King Sooper and Walmart and countless taco spots. It was upsetting to leave because I knew I wouldn't find a rental that I liked as much and had everything I needed. If I get assigned to LUH again, I'm calling Susan. She came by to see me off before I left and handed me a check for my deposit - but I can't guarantee she'll do that for everyone. I was actually gone more than I was in the studio because I flew back home every week, which she knew. Still, I tried really hard to keep the place looking spotless. So, if you need a place, get in touch with her. So much better than renting a crummy little room, especially if you have to share the place. You will love it.
