Pass through this bedroom with two single beds to reach the primary. We can replace the trundle beds with a desk if requested. There's not really room for both.

The house is in a subdivision, but feels like it's out in the country - one neighbor is a ranch, the others are nearby, but it still feels secluded. We also have shared river access with our neighbors. We keep our kayaks and paddleboards at the private gated river park, with a dam just down stream (the River Inn Resort) so the water is high year round.
