The place is super nice, has pretty much anything you could need already provided. The house was renovated and decorated beautifully. Tairone is a great landlord and checks in frequently. I had issues moving in and he was very receptive and fixed the issue in a timely manner. It is normally ok to get a parking spot pretty close, sometimes have to check side streets. The neighbors on both sides are very sweet. Block is generally pretty quiet, except sometimes a few neighbors play loud music. Would recommend staying here if your looking for a quiet place with a quick commute into the city!
