This house was built in 2011. The kitchen is large and incredible, with plenty of counter space. The house has hard wood in main areas and carpet in bedrooms. Big windows on the back of the house show neighborhood homes spaced out, woods, and mountains. The neighborhood is safe, and there is no highway noise. Renter would have access to shared kitchen and laundry room.
Small room for one female, second floor, attached bathroom you'll share with our daughter only when she is home from college.
Lots of families in our neighborhood, people of all ages and their dogs, but everything quiets down in the evening. Beautiful view of the mountains when you enter the neighborhood. Suburbs meets country experience.

We are a working couple ages 53 and 54, with a college daughter living in the basement, and another college daughter in the dorm who comes home on breaks. We come and go at different times and do a fair amount of out-of-town traveling. Since we work a lot, home is primarily a place for downtime, so we will be cordial and friendly with a renter but not able to do a lot of socializing. The main areas of the house stay mostly tidy, but we aren't clean freaks. We prefer windows open in spring and fall, rather than using central heat and air.
