Space

A cleaning crew will clean the home 1 time every 2 weeks. The fee for this is included in the price of the home. If it is deemed the home requires extra cleaning (per the cleaning crew's discretion and/or landlord) the extra charge will be your responsibility. Weekly cleaning may be required at the discretion of the landlord. This extra cleaning will be your responsibility at $200 per cleaning.
