Full sized kitchen with Quartz countertops and extra deep, chef's faucet, stainless sinks. Large pantry. All cookware, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, Ninja blender, toaster oven, and granite cutting board. Food in freezer-help yourself. Home has Culligan water filtration system throughout house. Water softener.
Kitchen-please don't put hot skillets, pots, or bakeware on counter. Quartz will crack with heat. It also doesn't like stains. Please keep wiped down.
Antique inlaid kitchen table. I leave the cover on it so it won't get damaged. Very ornate.

Quartz counter tops-please be careful with me as I can crack with heat from hot objects taken off stove or out of oven. I also will stain if pasta sauce or anything with dyes left on for any length of time.

Third bedroom is currently a home gym with Velocore spin bike that you can use. There is a guest feature or you can subscribe to Journey's to view different bike trails across the world. The log in is the the Wifi information. There is a new 43" smart tv, vanity to use for applying makeup or use as a desk. Chest of drawers for storage and closet with blankets.
Velocore spin bike. Leans side to side. If you aren't familiar with this bike, be cautious so you don't tip over. Yoga mat, yoga blocks, dumbbell weights, medicine ball, stability ball, and new workout gloves in room. Bike and fan can plug in behind chest of drawers

Hallway mirror.
Hallway closet on left has extra light bulbs and security system adapter if you want it activated. There is an additional upcharge if you want the system activated of $55.00/mo. We don't have any issues with crime. It's been a very safe neighborhood. Neighbors look out for each other here and are very friendly.

Lots of patio furniture in back yard on 42X12' paver patio. Has additional 12x9' patio. 42" propane flat grill and fire basin that can be moved to smaller patio. Large hammock. Patio string lights with citronella torches along parameter. Lots of blackberry and rose buses , honeysuckle, small wisteria bushes along the privacy fence. Two weeping cherry trees in the back yard.

Enjoy your evenings relaxing in the hammock.
Back yard. Pool is now gone. You can move the fire basin and chairs out there to enjow a relaxing evening.
New smart washer and dryer- purchased < 8 months ago. You can connect it to your phone to let you know when the cycle is complete.
Two car garage. Enough room for 1 car. Lots of tools if you need to use them. Please return them when finished.
This is a non-smoking home. I don't care if you vape. I have asthma and am allergic to cigarettes. If you smoke, please do it outside and don't leave butts on the ground. I am happy to refund the cleaning fee if the home and yard are clean and free of debris. There is a keycode lock on the front door and as long as you don't lock the bottom, there is no need for a key.
