This property was amazing! It has eveything you need and more. For the price, you have a great space for your room. The bathroom is shared with the other tenant upstairs but always was clean when I was there. For down stairs you have the whole space. Minus the bathroom and bedroom. The space downstairs is amazing!! The living room and dining room area is modeled beautifully and laundry is inside the unit which is perfect for the winter. If you work in nota or in the city of Rochester. This location is the place to get. My job was a 3 min walk which made it very easy. Sonia was amazing with all questions and any concerns I had. If I ever come back, this will be the first place I book!
