What this property offers
Lovely, well kept Brick home. Very safe, friendly, clean neighborhood. We raised our children in this home. Neighbors are kind and helpful and transportation is accessible very easily. Also walking distance to grocery and restaurants. The house has 3 BR and 1 1/2 baths upstairs and the Studio Apartment downstairs. Well lit outdoors and two private entrances for Studio Apartment.
The Studio is currently partially furnished, but we will be purchasing a Queen sized bed, a Sofa a Dresser & a Television to give our tenants all new furnishings. Our rental costs include internet and cable as well as use of the laundry room and backyard.
We are in a quiet, family neighborhood in Riverdale NY. Conveniently located near all transportation into Manhattan and close to Westchester. We are within walking distance of subway and bus stops, near Metro North and Subway Line. Also restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distance.
