Renovated Carriage House with Fully Private Fenced in Patio

I was fortunate to lease the Carriage House during an extended work stay in Roanoke. The property is simply awesome. The house sits behind a historic mansion in one of downtown's historic districts. Recently renovated, the Carriage House had all modern amenities, furnishings, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. The property felt very safe and was extremely quiet. The private fenced in courtyard adjoining the house was a huge plus! There's an amazing neighborhood coffee shop a block away and I easily walked to the heart of downtown to frequent restaurants, breweries, and the local library. Also, the owner (Chad) and the property manager (Jeremy) were extremely responsive and helpful during my stay. I wholeheartedly recommend the Carriage House to anyone looking for a secret oasis to stay in downtown Roanoke.

Being the first tenant after the refurbishment of this beautiful carriage house, all I can say is LOVE IT! Beautiful loft design, very aesthetically comfortable decor. Nice private courtyard and access to the large backyard. Setting and location are ideal. So close to the hospital and downtown Roanoke. Grocery stores less than 5 minutes. Mall, Lowes, Home Depot, Target and Walmart all less than 10 minutes. Walking distance to Albemarle Coffee, Evies Cafe, Lews Restaurant, Blue Cow Ice Cream and the Greenway along the river. All of which we frequented often. Owner, Chad, and property manager, Jeremy, are top notch. Friendly, professional and respond to texts or calls immediately. I know you will feel right at home and love it just as much!
