This is a fully furnished, 3 bedroom home with a large, eat in kitchen, living room with smart tv, bathroom with tub and shower (older) and a large fenced backyard. Off the kitchen is a deck. The kitchen is straight from the 70s--no dishwasher or ice maker, but plenty of space. There is central air and heat and it is very close to the beach. Each bedroom is outfitted with smart tv, dresser and a closet.
This is an urban neighborhood 3 blocks from Buckroe Beach. The house is located across the street from a bus stop and a church, with the fire station just around the corner. Our neighbors are quiet and respectful and that is the type of tenants we are looking to house.
