I was excited to go New Orleans for the first time, and this was the perfect place. Location wise, the host, and just overall vibe. I planned for exploring, instead the comfort of home radiated all throughout the unit. Made me not want to leave. I did get out one day and saw the houses on St Charles Ave as well as the major areas of the French Quarter, but this gave me the best staycation ever. Will be back
My wife and I had a wonderful month-long stay here. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, the beds were ideal for restful sleep, and the living room was cozy for TV watching, unwinding after work, or relaxing before or after exploring New Orleans. The reliable internet made remote work seamless. Parking was convenient, though slightly challenging during Mardi Gras parade days, lol. The location was fantasticjust a short walk to St. Charles and Magazine Streets, and the streetcar at Washington and St. Charles provided easy access to the French Quarter. The affordability was a major plus, and the host was incredibly accommodating. We cherished our time here, enjoying the warm hospitality of NOLA's neighbors, locals, and visitors. If you're looking for a comfortable, affordable place in New Orleans, this apartment is an excellent choice.
They stay was wonderful. If you looking for a place to relax and be at peace this is the place to stay. You don't want to do anything but relax and re ground your inner peace stay here. The beds are amazing the sleep was wonderful. M.A. Spring is the best made sure we had everything needed. From coffee, to great places for food even cleaning supplies. From the time you walk in you want to turn off your electrics. Cannot wait for our next stay.
I had the pleasure of visiting the property for a week and the best sleep and time of the year. It was a short walk to the trolley that took me to canal. There are also different shops and stores a short walk or a cheap uber (like $5). I also got to see the second line coming down the street on Sunday. There is everything I could need and I only door dashed once because I was too busy exploring and cooking in the fully furnished kitchen.
