This is truly a home not just a place to sleep. The living room has a smart TV, piano and guitars to relax with. The kitchen is a fully working kitchen ready for you to cook your favorite meals. The outdoor space includes a private deck, firepit and on hot days you can relax in our 12 foot pop up pool with loungers.

Space

This room has a full bed. There is a desk with draw for any work you may have to do. The walk through to the bathroom has hanging space for your clothes and drawers. On the door you have a hanging closet for all your shoes and smaller items. The bathroom has a half bath with shower, toilet and sink. Please note that there is a washer but no dryer. We provide the cloth dryer stand, which works well in this climate.

Neighborhood overview

The neighborhood is great with Wholefoods across the road, a fab Poke and Starbucks close by. We are also very close to the Ballona Creek, so you can cycle all the way to the beach. We have many little clusters of hang out places. My favorite is the Junction, with a beergarten and food trucks on the weekend.

Stayed here for 6 weeks for my clinical rotation and it was perfect for what I needed! Location is great, easy parking and good neighborhood with everything you need within walking distance. Very cute outdoor space. Marina is a lovely host and made me feel very welcome. Only downside was not having access to a dryer.
