I love how much light our home has and how large and peaceful the backyard is! It also is such a great central location, it seems like everything is only 7-10 minutes away. Our neighborhood has a lot of people who've lived here for a long time and they're wonderful people.

Space

The huge primary suite has a futon for additional sleeping if desired. The second bedroom has full-size bunks. There is a family and living room. The family room has a large desk and dual monitors and a docking station can be provided upon request. The Landlord pays all utilities; however, electricity will be passed down to the tenant each month.

I lived at The GJ House for a year. The house is clean, updated, and has a lot of room. Soaking in the hot tub, relaxing on the back patio, and getting cozy by the wood burning stove were my favorite things here. The house is also conveniently located near the highway and downtown. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. The landlords were very attentive when I reported any issues and were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend renting here!
