We are retired christian couple. We go to Phoenix for the winter months of January - May/June. We have been builders throughout our working careers and like our homes to be nice and up-to-date. Our Children and grand children live close by. We love the walking paths and the parks in our sub-division. We would like to find some tenants that would enjoy our home and take care of our things. We live at the end of a row of Town Homes so we have nice views of the mountains from our loft and upstairs bedrooms.
