Small General Store on site. Beer & Wine Bar in the Event center with live music/Jam sessions on Saturday evenings JAM Sessions for those that wish to join in with the band.
Besides the 1 bedroom downstairs with a queen bed, there is a loft that has a twin and a full size bed.
Quiet in the Country. 14 miles from Bolivar, Missouri. We have had traveling Nurses stay here before that worked at the Health Complex and Hospital in Bolivar, Missouri

We are originally from Iowa but for the past 40 years resided in Arizona. We are building contractors and wanted to develop and own a Campground in the Midwest. We have been developing our Campground since 2021. There were only 2 buildings on the property when we purchased it, but if you look at the photos on our website, you can see our accomplishments so far. We have 40+ nice RV Sites, 3 Cabins, an Event Center with beer/wine bar / Live Music occasionally and a Laundry Room. We have quiet neighborhood with great neighbors. 1/4 mi from Stockton lake.
