Hello! I own the property with my fiance, We are both in the medical field and work at near by clinics and hospitals. We are not utilizing our duplex and would love someone to come enjoy the space! I have lived in Mobile for over 3 years and love the area. My fiance is from nearby. We love this location because there is charm, so much to do and it is close to work.
