The entire property has remodeled. This is a smaller unit of a two unit home made of essentially the two closest rooms by the garage. There is a locked double door that is part of the entry way of the other house. Individual deck and outside charcoal grill. A shared fire pit is in the rear of the propertys fenced backyard. Boat parking is allowed on the side of the house in grass.

This is a two room unit: Room 1: King, Kitchenette, bath and sleeper couch (not counted as a sleeping provision) Room 2 Queen bed (touching the floor) /Long Twin Bunk, L shaped couch, 80 TV, round table with four chairs. THE GARAGE IS CONVERTED INTO A GAME ROOM AND NOT COUNTED IN SQUARE FOOTAGE Ping pong, skee ball, air hockey, small multi- game unit and 4 refrigerator.
The property is on a dead end street with very little traffic but is about a half mile from the Prairie Creek Marina. Most homes are occupied with only a few being vacation homes. This is the only vacation rental known on this street.

I host five vacation rentals in Northwest Arkansas. One is near the Walton Amp Center along I49 and the others are east of downtown Rogers in the Prairie Creek area; very near the marina for Beaver Lake.
