it's a two-story house, the rental room is upstairs. there's a semi-private bathroom as our son stays here Saturday-Tuesday mornings. Renter is free to use the swimming pool. We are a senior couple and socially active. We are on boards of orgs like Hospice of SB, NAACP, Planned Parenthood, Hand in Hand, etc. We lead a liberationist Christian community.
