Craig and I agreed upon flexible payments; no actual number decided though. Initial post was $800/mth with $400 deposit. Very polite 15min phone convo on Nov. 20th. Drove from WV (3 day drive). Updated Craig at every turn on est. arrival with weather changes, etc. Arrived to exactly as pictured cozy space. However I'm docking 3 stars due to the treatment I received after staying 1 night. On my first day at work I received a scathing text from Craig about the $500 and signed contract he asked I leave in the mailbox. While I am aware the rent is $800, we agreed on flexibility until payday on Dec. 6th. I apologized for the miscommunication and we planned to discuss further options after work (Craig doesn't live on property). However I arrived to all of my unpacked belongings-including $1700 laptop-haphazardly packed and out in 10 weather, along with only $400 cash and him waiting. Safe to say the following convo was unpleasant. Thankfully Aya reserved BigHorn Resort and I got $480 back.

Expect full rent and deposit at arrival. No more flexibility on later deposit and definitely not less than full rent to begin. Desperate, broke, on the run, vagabonds trying to hide need not apply. Place is a good deal for good people!
