Brick house on pretty wooded lot. Extra room and space next to laundry area. Big front porch.
We prefer to rent to 2 people, 2 friends or a couple. Third room is an office with one single bed.
Bathrooms have been redone, floors too, as well as all indoor woodwork.
The inside of the house was recently upgraded extensively. We care about what we are offering, the house is decorated with uplifting original art.
The furnishings are fairly new. The fridge, washer and dishwasher were purchased recently.
* *There is a monthly fee for pets. Since everything is included and it is a recently renovated property there is an extra cost for more than 2 renters.
Our property is in a wooded quiet neighborhood just behind Chanticleer, Prisma Memorial Hospital, Restaurants & Grocery Store 5 min. away.

Spacious and clean house in a quiet neighborhood and only a few short miles from downtown Greenville's restaurants and parks. Nicely fenced in yard too. Landlord is very responsive and proactive. I highly recommend this home.
