My wife and I found the location during a remodel of our house. We were so pleased with it. Unit has an old cottage feel with modern amenities. Well appointed kitchen with all new place-settings and every small appliance needed . The patio has ample seating with a new BBQ. Fire-pit table with seating for four plus a dining table for outdoor eating. Very close to the beach. The location was great. Reserved one space parking, open street parking and close to overnight beach parking. We hope we can get back there during the summer months. Host was exceptional. Any inquiries were immediately answered
