    I have lived in the East Bay for many years with my husband and (now grown) children, all five of whom also live in the area. I have nine grandchildren and three grand dogs. I am a poet and editor and publisher and a retired college teacher of Creative Writing and English Literature. I live about a half an hour from the property, which I plan to live in someday, but one of my sons and his family live right around the corner so he would be available in case of any needs. I also design and sew fabric arts: wall hangings and quilts mostly. I garden and read and hike with my dog, Seamus.
