Front porch and back patio are very enjoyable. There is also a heated therapy pool on premise I am willing to share. The three small dogs, a small Beagle and two Havanese, are friendly and hospitable. Location is close to one hospital, and landlady knows the back roads of the city like the back of her hand! Also, with good references, deposit is negotiable!
The usual apps are available, such as YouTube, Amazon Prime, Neflix (your ACCOUNT) and HULU. For television viewing, I have YouTube TV.

Retired long time home owner bought this house two years ago and love it, and have a room to rent to someone in the medical (or other) profession! I have two dogs and welcome your well-behaved one. I love dogs, flowers and plants, and taking pictures of all of them. I formerly owned a caf and live music venue, and am still known in many circles as "the M" of M's Fine and Mellow Cafe.
