    Retired enjoying SB life. My home of 35 years is a sanctuary and very well located to all things Santa Barbara . I live in the property in a separate cottage and share the kitchen very low key. There is a door which makes the house proper very private. Often Im traveling or with my other half at her abode. Love my home and seems most people do.
