Lesson learned never sign and pay before a walk through. This apartment is infested with rats. The landlord claims she does not know that there are rats in the apartment but there is rat poison and rat traps all over the apartment. You will see rats feces on the floors, kitchen cabinets. There is tissue in the walls blocking the holes where the rats come in and out. She will allow you to pay a deposit and 1st month rent to move in. Although she gave me a refund for my 1st month rent she refused to return the deposit because she held the apartment for me.
