ADU Studio - Private, Clean

This quiet, sunlit, comfortable Studio provides a thoughtful and very livable layout, with a good-sized living room, with couch, coffee table and large streaming TV, connecting to a dinette/kitchen area. It has off-street parking and private entrance and deck. The unit itself was pristine and well stocked with bedding, linen, paper goods, cleaning supplies and kitchen utensils. The kitchen, though small, has a dinette table, built-in refrigerator, microwave/convection oven and a hot plate. The bedroom Alcove feels separate, with a wonderfully comfortable queen-sized bed, nice bedding and a heated mattress cover that made it very cozy. The separate bathroom and walk-in closet have plenty of storage. Lastly, Carol is a lovely and generous host, and her two-family dogs drop by on occasion to provide a playful tail wag session and may be the softest, friendliest Golden Retrievers on the planet. I highly recommend this unit.

I had the pleasure of staying here while on a medical rotation for school for 1 month. Carol and her husband are very friendly and accommodating, and their studio is private, comfortable, clean, and quiet. The amenities and appliances are well maintained, and there are a few small touches that really elevate the comfort of the home (such as the heated sheets). The location is in a very quiet and friendly neighborhood that still has easy access to the highway and the rest of Bend, making it ideal for short visits or as a base for longer stays. Both of their dogs are very friendly, and will happily greet you if they happen to be around when you are coming or going the property. I cannot recommend this studio enough, it is well worth their asking price.

The studio itself is comfortable, well-maintained, and located in a peaceful neighborhoodperfect for anyone looking for a quiet retreat while still being a convenient drive into Bend. One of the highlights for me was the nearby trail along the canal, which became my go-to spot for a daily walk. If you're looking for a cozy, well-located, and host-friendly rental in the Bend area, I highly recommend this one. I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again!
