I am born and raised in Portland Oregon and enjoy living here year round. Portland has the best medical system, as my Mom was a nurse and my sister survived cancer out of OHSU in the 80's. I grew up skiing at MtHood and playing in the cold ocean in Cannon Beach. I bought my home so that when my Mom needs an apartment, she can be close but still live in her own apartment, just like my Grandma did when I was young.
