Daylight basement apartment, farm setting

5 acre farm, my private home. I am a Physical Therapist who works in Gainesville ga 32 hours.
There are some farm animals, roosters crow at times, dogs alert when guests arrive at times, the farm is fenced for them, animals not allowed in or around apartment.
