    I bought this duplex three years ago and have been working steadily to repair and refurbish both units. The unit for rent currently has been completely rebuilt. I also work as a forensic case manager for Dept of Health and Human Services. Family is nearby so they visit often but are considerate of others. I have two golden doodles who are foolish but harmless and love everyone. I'm pretty much an open book so if there are questions that are relevant, I will be more than happy to answer them.
