Large 1-Bedroom Apartment in Ballard, Wa

Very close, only about a mile and a half from downtown Ballard. Very spacious for a studio, with ample storage for clothing and other items. It was great having access to a washer and dryer, in-unit, along with a dishwasher and full kitchen. The place is very clean and well maintained. It was very easy to find FREE parking in the neighborhood, especially right in front of the house. The landlord is incredibly nice and has been accommodating with my schedule and extension for month-to-month rent after my initial 13 week contract at the hospital. The landlord lives in the house above the basement apartment, but I hardly ever heard him or saw him during my stay. Very peaceful and safe location. BIG back yard! The entrance to the basement apartment is separate from the rest of the house, back door entrance. Highly recommend! Would stay here again!
