I stayed at this property for only a month. Let me preface this by saying, the house itself is fine. Although, the residence was dirty & unclean.(black mold in refrigerator that I had to clean upon arriving, not to mention the microwave was so rusted it needed to scrubbed before it could even be used.) Unfortunately, I had to leave due to privacy concerns & irreconcilable differences. The landlord entered the property multiple times without notice & also once while I was sleeping. When confronted about giving a notice in the future prior to entering the living quarters, there was NO compromise, no understanding, & to be completely honest NO respect given from the landlord. Overall this was an unfortunate & terrible experience, 0/10.
