Private room

The owner is very nice, and the house is probably one of the cleanest places I've ever stayed in. However, that's mainly because he literally follows you around with a broom and dustpan. If you work the night shift and need to sleep during the day like I did, this is not the right place for you. Having two young teenagers and an eight-month-old in the house makes it quite challenging. The loud music they play during the day echoes in your room, making it hard to get any rest. The teenagers lack situational awareness and run around the house, which adds to the chaos. I don't expect people to change their lifestyle, but a little consideration would have been appreciated. asked for a prorate refund, and stated he will get back to me after he evaluates the situation - week later still waiting
