    I am a student, attending Vermont Tech in Randolph VT. I bought this house during the pandemic, and gutted it down to the studs on my first day owning it! Everything is new, well, septic, windows, drywall, kitchen and bathroom. I am doing a mid-term rental with my home so I can afford my place up in Randolph.
