This is a very nicely furnished condo in an upscale condo complex with a resort style pool and hot tub as well as fitness center. The complex is gated for security. Quiet condo with nice neighbors and staff here at Tuscany at Innisbrook Condos. Upscale neighborhood right outside the Innisbrook Golf Course. Sarah is very nice, responsive, and easy to work with as an owner. All the shopping you'd need is within 5 to 10 minutes, plus many restaurants. Sunset Beach, a lovely small beach, is 12 minutes away. Howard Park Beach is 18 minutes, Honeymoon Island State Park is 16 minutes away. Clearwater Beach is 32 minutes and is popular with tourists so it gets busy. Many hotels, shops, and restaurants across the street. Parking ramps run about $20-$30 a day. The Jolly Trolley runs from some cities to the main beaches. Tampa Airport is 35 minutes. St. Pete/Clearwater Airport is 26 minutes. Downtown St. Pete is 35 minutes and downtown Tampa is 45 minutes.
