I have been a resident of Florida for over 30 years , originally from Ohio . I am the owner of a beautiful downtown unit, I have retired recently and I want to travel so therefore I'm renting my unit furnished so I am able to return at some point. I have friends in the building able to handle any issues if I am not close by.
