    We bought this whole building about 3 years ago and have been going through the design, planning and permitting process to redo it since. We live upstairs with our family, rent out this unit, and keep the 3rd unit for family and friends (currently my husbands sister is staying there for a few months.) We are super active, and laid back. When we're not running around to kids sporting events, we're typically up at our house in New Hampshire spending time outside.
