My sisters and I own the property and look forward to a tenant to rent the basement apartment. The monthly rent of $2,400 includes up to $200 utilities. It is approximately 1200 sq ft and has a separate private entrance. The property includes the use of the large gazebo/patio for outdoor living (barbeque)area and is fully furnished. Now available for a mid term rental available for as little as 30 days and maximum 90 days with possible extension upon mutual agreement. We are a pet free property with plenty of native wildlife rural area of Napa county.
